Four people were hurt when an SUV crashed into a Towson Starbucks Monday morning.

Police responded to the Starbucks in the York Road Plaza shopping center just before 10 a.m.

A silver SUV crashed through the window of the coffee shop. Police said four people have minor injuries from broken glass.

The driver of the SUV was not hurt and has not yet been identified.

Authorities requested a structural engineer to assess any damage to the building.

The location is expected to reopen Tuesday morning following a health inspection.
