Churches, barbershops can open at 50 percent capacity, outdoor dining allowed in Baltimore County

BALTIMORE COUNTY — Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski announced that restaurants with outdoor dining permits can begin serving patrons outside at 5 p.m., on Friday, May 29.

Baltimore County is also aligning requirements for restaurants, retail and religious services/houses of worship with the state meaning houses of worship, barbershops, hair salons can open at 50 percent capacity.

This all goes into effect Friday at 5 p.m.
