BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Lillie Mae Smith has been found safe and unharmed.
The Baltimore County Police Department is looking for a missing 86-year-old woman with a cognitive impairment.
Lillie Mae Smith was last seen Tuesday morning in the 3600 block of Rockdale Terrace.
Police say she may be using a walker and has short dark hair, wearing knee-length brown coat with black boats.
