Baltimore County Police are looking for a missing 43-year-old man named Shawn Phillips.
He was last seen this morning at home in the 900 block of Punjab Circle in Essex.
He is 5 feet 7 inches, 140 pounds and has a NY Yankees tattoo on his neck. He was last seen wearing brown pajama pants with blue shoes.
Phillips has a cognitive impairment and is non-verbal. If you find him call 911 or 410-887-0220.
