Crash investigators are at the scene of a fatal crash on northbound 95 in Halethorpe.
The crash happened late Saturday morning on 95 north at exit 47. Exit 47 is blocked while Maryland State Police investigate the crash.
The Baltimore Office of Emergency Management says the crash is fatal and urges drivers to avoid the area.
