A deadly motorcycle crash has been reported on northbound I-795 at the off-ramp to Route 140 in Reisterstown.
An initial investigation revealed that at approximately 2 a.m., a red Honda CBR 1000RR motorcycle traveled off the right side of the road. The driver was unable to maintain control and began to roll, flipping over the guardrail.
Maryland State Police say the driver was ejected from the motorcycle and died on the scene. He has been identified as 25-year-old David Anthony Madison of Westminster, Md.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

The northbound I-795 ramp to Route 140 was closed Thursday morning as a result.
