The rainy weather didn't stop the Owings Mill community from attending a block party this weekend.
The Rosenbloom Owings Mill Jewish Community Center held its third annual community block party on Sunday. The party was scheduled to be outside, but it moved in due to the weather.
Hundreds of people came out to #rocktheblock. More than 100 organizations partnered with the JCC to provide their services during the event. Attendees enjoyed food, shopping, and concerts, as well as face-painting and inflatables.
