An Owings Mills man is dead after a crash on I-695.
Terrod Roberts, 41, was pronounced dead on scene after his parked vehicle was struck.
Roberts did not have his hazard lights on.
Demar Thompson, 38, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
He submitted to a mandatory breath test for alcohol concentration, which read .11.
Thompson has not been charged and has been released.
