A man was killed around 1 a.m. on Aug. 23 as he was walking on North Point Boulevard near Cove Road in Dundalk.
A car ran into 23-year-old Keith Curtis Tawney, and the driver left the accident. Tawney was pronounced dead at the scene.
Baltimore County Police say the vehicle may have some damage to the hood, lights and front fender areas.
