Man hit and killed Thursday morning on Pulaski Highway, says Baltimore County Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened on Pulaski Highway and Rossville Boulevard early Thursday morning.

The investigation revealed that at around 5:50 a.m., a man crossed Pulaski Highway at a crosswalk that had been closed for construction. He was struck by a Chevrolet Camaro that had been traveling west on Pulaski Highway, towards Rossville Boulevard.

The pedestrian was identified 45-year-old Arthur Joseph, Jr., of the 4800 block of Reisterstown Road. Prior to the accident, Joseph was transported to MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

The Baltimore County Crash Team is working to determine all of the factors involved in this crash. However, the driver of the Chevrolet did remain at the scene.
