The bicyclist killed last Friday in Upperco has been identified.
Baltimore County Police said Christopher Ruffin Elliott, 42, of the 5800 block of Western Run Boulevard, was killed after his bicycle collided with a pickup truck.
Police said the crash happened around 3:45 p.m. Friday when Elliott was riding his bike eastbound on Dover Road.
He made a right turn onto southbound Byerly Road, lost control and struck a 2017 Ford F550 truck that was stopped at a stop sign on the northbound side of the road at the intersection with Dover Road.
Elliott was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
