Man killed in Amtrak rail incident, expect delays

Baltimore County Police are investigating a rail incident that left one man dead Tuesday morning.

At 9:45 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to an area near Philadelphia and Patapsco Avenue for a man hit and killed by an Amtrak train. 

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. 

There's no word on what caused the incident and no other injuries were reported. 

Police said two tracks are shut down and commuters can expect delays due to the investigation.
