TOWSON, Md. (WMAR) — The man responsible for what turned out to be a fatal hit and run has plead guilty to one count.
On Monday, Man Bahadur Gurung plead guilty to failing to stop at a vehicle collision involving a fatality.
It was last year on December 8, when 20-year-old Towson University student Mzimazisi Ncube was crossing N. Charles Street when he was first struck by a Toyota Tundra driven by Gurung.
