LOCHEARN, Md. — Baltimore County Police said a man was shot Sunday morning in Lochearn.
After midnight, officers responded to a shooting in to the unit-block of Malus Court. There, they found a 31-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his lower body.
The victim told police that he was approached by an unknown suspect who attempted to rob and steal his car. During the attempt, the suspect shot the victim and fled.
The injured man was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries and has since been released after receiving medical treatment.
