She was in her own yard when someone walked up and took her.
Blanket, a 7-year-old Shih Tzu, lived at a home in the 3100 block of Betlou James Place in Lochearn.
Baltimore County Police say on April 20 around 3 p.m. a man entered the yard and left with Blanket.
A security camera in the area got a picture of the suspect walking off with the dog and also got a clear picture of his car.
The car is a light colored Honda Civic with a black front bumper.
