Baltimore County Police are looking for a man wanted in Baltimore County and City.
Eric Carter, 23, has warrants out for his arrest on assault, theft, and burglary charges.
Police said he is known to frequent the North Longwood corridor and Poplar Grove corridor in West Baltimore.
On April 17, Carter is accused of stealing a Honda that was left running in the parking lot of the BP gas station at 2801 Edmonson Avenue. The owner stepped into the store and police said Carter jumped into the driver's seat and started to drive away.

About a half an hour later, police attempted to stop the stolen Honda which led to a police pursuit.
Police said Carter got away and ended up at a woman's home in the 100 block of Circle Terrace in Halethorpe.
