BALTIMORE — The Maryland Lottery is looking for a lucky player who won nearly $100,000.00, playing the $5 Payday game.

Someone bought the winning ticket on July 13, at the Dash In on Main Street in Reisterstown.

The ticket is the biggest winner the Baltimore County store has ever sold.

Launched on June 15, only two of the games 20 top prizes have been won so far.

For selling the ticket, Dash In gets a $999.78 bonus from the Maryland Lottery.

Officials recommend the winner sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a safe place until claiming the prize.

Winners typically get 182 days to claim prizes, but that has been extended due to COVID-19.

To claim a winning lottery ticket, appointments are needed.
