Traffic is backed up on both the inner and outer loops of I-695 between York Road and Dulaney Valley Road.
A two vehicle crash occurred on the outer loop. A collision also occurred on the inner loop. A Baltimore County fire official confirmed that one vehicle crashed into a wall. A patient was extricated and transported to shock trauma.
Only the left lane traffic is passing in both directions.
