BALTIMORE COUNTY — Baltimore County Police are investigating a deadly pedestrian involved crash in Randallstown.
Just before 3 a.m. on Wednesday, police responded to Liberty Road and Old Court Road for a pedestrian hit.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a Honda Accord was traveling westbound on Liberty Road near Old Court Road when it hit a pedestrian as he crossed Liberty Road.
25-year-old Tuma Fombon Cho was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say he was not in the crosswalk at the time he was hit. The Honda Accord remained at the scene.
The Baltimore County Police Crash Team is continuing their investigation.
