BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md — Police have identified the suspect in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Reisterstown last week.
After consulting with the State's Attorney's Office for Baltimore County, the driver in this case will not be charged at this time, while the causes contributing to this crash continue to be investigated.
Police say what occurred during the 2-minute interval between the time that the victim was reported yelling in the roadway and was hit by the suspect vehicle, a Chevrolet Malibu, remains in question.

Investigators are continuing to look for answers as to how the victim was ultimately lying in the roadway when he was hit by the Malibu.
