BALTIMORE COUNTY — Baltimore County Police are looking for a missing 25-year-old man.
Montell Ortiz was last seen around midnight wearing a white shirt and black pants.
Police say he has diminished intellectual ability and visits Security Square Mall frequently.
He is 5'11" and weighs 210 pounds.
