PERRY HALL, Md. — Baltimore County Police were looking for a 52-year-old man who they said left his home on Monday in Perry Hall around 6 a.m. for work but did not show up for work.
He was driving a maroon 2002 Lexus and his phone appeared to be turned off.
As of October 23, Richard Vosburg was located and is safe.
