BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating after a stolen vehicle crashed on Falls Road Sunday morning, killing the driver.
The preliminary investigation determined that the vehicle, a Honda Accord, was being driven north on Falls Road north of Padonia Road just before 7 a.m. when the driver lost control and drove off the road.
Police say the Honda hit a utility pole and overturned, ejecting 53-year-old Millard Marvin Sanders Jr of Brox, New York, from the vehicle.
Investigators believe that speed may be a factor in this crash and do not believe Sanders was wearing a seatbelt.
The vehicle was reported stolen out of Baltimore City Sunday morning.
The department said he has been reported missing from his home on February 22 and reportedly had a medical condition that may have caused him to behave erratically.
Anyone who may have information that could assist investigators should call 410-307-2020.
