REISTERSTOWN, Md. — A Tuesday morning fire left a woman without a home and two firefighters injured.
It happened at a senior living apartment at 302 Contata Court in Reisterstown.
Crews arrived to find flames coming from a fourth floor apartment.
Luckily a woman living in the unit got out safely. One firefighter suffered heat exhaustion and another a hand injury.
Fire officials say the cause appears to be electrical, originating from the apartment balcony.
The damage has left the apartment inhabitable for now.
