TIMONIUM, Md. — Tuesday was the last night of the Maryland State Fair at the Timonium Fair Grounds.
Thousands of people were out getting a final night of family fun in before the kids head back to school.
“I brought my girls out here because it’s the last day so we’re just visiting,” said Allison Nicole.
WMAR-2 News caught up with one woman right after she got off a tower drop ride.
“It was pretty scary to me, it’s great going up but you anticipate the drop,” she said. “You can’t scream you can’t do anything.”
A lot of people came out with their eyes on the prizes, but for Nicole she was most excited about the food and time with family.
“I’m here for the funnel cakes,” she said.
