More people charged in a fight at Perry Hall High School

Two more people are charged for their involvement in a fight outside Perry Hall High School.

The fight happened in the school parking lot on January 18. K-Jahnie Peets, 22, and K-Lan Peets, 18, have been charged with criminal summonses. Both are charged with assault and disrupting school activities. 

Baltimore County police also charged two juveniles with assault.

Another student involved was seen in a picture carrying what turned out to be an airsoft rifle. Darren Bennett, Jr. was arrested and charged last month with possessing a weapon on school property, disturbing school operations, and disturbing the peace.

Bennett, Jr.'s attorney said the teen was captain of the football team and a leader on campus.

He has no previous criminal record. The judge in this case ordered Bennett's release on pre-trial supervision by telephone and he will have a 10 p.m. curfew.

The fight was captured on surveillance cameras and it occurred on the outskirts of the parking lot.
