Water has been restored to one of two locations in Baltimore County that were affected by water main breaks on Monday.

The water mains are located in Essex and Cockeysville, both of which were dealing with traffic and water issues.

The Essex break has since been repaired with water restored.

It was initialy reported at 321 Taylor Avenue and 50 customers and one major facility were reportedly without water.

The Cockeysville break is 12 inches in diameter and broke at 1101 McCormick Road. Three fire hydrants as well as seven "large services" are out as a result of the break.

Officials say the road has been damaged and is causing closures on McCormick Road between Wight Avenue and Beaver Dam Road. Those traveling in the area should expect congestion.
