The owners of Vince’s Crab House are filing another lawsuit, this time against protesters.

The restaurant shut down for nine days nearly two months ago after the owner's son, Vince Meyer Jr, made racially insensitive remarks on Facebook.

Since then, there have been protests outside of the middle river restaurant every day.

On Saturday, supporters of the business announced they will be suing the protesters for their violence and their violation of the law.

"They have harassed employees; they have harassed customers both black and white. Like I say, that is not a protest that is a hustle."

The restaurant's owners have already filed a lawsuit against Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski Jr, accusing him of not doing enough to protect them.
