A man is dead and his son is seriously injured after a two-car crash on Route 140 in Westminster Friday morning.
Around 8:30 a.m., a GMC driven by Jordan Culbertson was driving westbound on Route 140 when a Ford that was in the median attempted to cross.

Officials say based on the injuries observed at the scene, Blanton Jr. has life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the GMC, Culbertson, was not seriously injured.
