A weekend house fire leaves the owner with a $20,000 estimate loss.
On Saturday, crews were called to the 2800 block of Graybill Court in New Windsor. The New Windsor Volunteer Fire Department received the call at 11:17 p.m., and it took 25 firefighters around 25 minutes to destroy the flames.
The two-story wood frame dwelling with an attached garage was damaged. The cause of the blaze was accidental from the owner, welding on a sports car in the garage.
