A man was inured in a fire at his home in Sykesville.
It happened at 12:15 a.m. Thursday in the 7400 block of Spout Hill Road.
Daniel Leidig,27, was home at the time of the fire and burned both his arms and right foot. He was taken to the hospital but is expected to survive.
Fire investigators are looking into what caused this. The fire started in the attic.
It took crews about 90 minutes to knock out the fire.
Damage to the home is estimated at $225,000.
