ELKTON, Md. — Maryland State Police arrested and charged Cecil County man Monday for distributing and possessing child porn.
Early Monday morning, law enforcement officials served a warrant at 21-year-old Parke Reese home, where they found electronic devices revealed multiple child pornography files.
Troopers said, back in August they were notified about Reese distributing child pornography online. Investigators revealed that he had recorded a juvenile at a private location.
The juvenile was later identified and Child Protective Services of Cecil County are investigating the matter.
Reese is charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, nine counts of possession of child pornography and one count of visual surveillance with prurient intent.
