CSX is investigating a train derailment after they say four of their cars fell into the Susquehanna River.
A CSX Spokesperson says that a freight train was on its way to Richmond, Virginia around 8:00 on Friday when it derailed on the Susquehanna River rail trestle in Cecil County. Six cars derailed and four of them fell into the river.
Saturday morning, CSX crews safely removed two rail cars out of the river and they are continuing to work on taking out the remaining two. They are working with Federal, state, and local public safety officials to remove the train cars.

A CSX spokesperson sent ABC2 News the following statement on the incident:
The safety of the community and everyone on site is our top priority. CSX appreciates the patience of our neighbors in Perryville as we work as quickly as possible to fully remove the rail cars from this area.
There were no injuries reported and no hazardous material was on the trains that fell into the river.
