CSX confirms extreme wind gusts are to blame for the freight train derailment over the Susquehanna River during last week's Nor'easter.
The train was heading to Richmond, Virginia Friday when six cars derailed on the trestle over the river between Cecil County and Harford Counties. Four cars fell into the river.
There were no hazardous materials in the cars. Crews are still working to remove two cars from the river. Freight train service in the area is now back to normal.
