ELKTON, Md. — Police have arrested the fifth and final suspect in connection to a Monday afternoon shooting in Elkton, that left a 7-year-old and two others injured.
On Wednesday around 6:15 p.m., Jason Holland turned himself in at the Elkton Police station.
Holland and his two brothers, Robert and Cody Hammond are accused of shooting up a home on Huntsman Drive. Their mother, Crystal Hammond allegedly conspired with them to commit the shooting. Robert, Cody, Crystal and another man, Nakeere Sayers were all arrested following the incident. Holland had still been on the loose prior to turning himself in.

The three victims, a 25-year-old man, a 7-year old boy, and a 30-year-old woman are all expected to survive.
Detectives think the shooting was tied to some sort of dispute between two "factions" in the community. Police still haven't released anymore details on what specifically led to the incident.
