A Cecil County woman is left without a roof over her head after an early morning house fire.
Crews were called to Cecilton Manor Drive in the Warwick area around 4 a.m. Wednesday. The owner had just gotten home from work when she saw flames shooting out from under the mobile home! She tried to put it out with a garden hose, but couldn't.
It took firefighters 30 minutes to douse the flames. Two cats died in the fire. The house is considered a total loss.
Investigators believe the fire was caused by a malfunctioning furnace.
