ELKTON, Md. — The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF-1 tornado touched down in Cecil County Friday morning.
Survey crews say it happened near the Pine Hill Apartments in Elkton.
Crews are still trying to determine the tornado’s path and estimated wind speed.
