OCEAN CITY, Md. — The Ocean City Police Department has announced a designated Special Event Zone this week's Endless Summer Cruisin’ event.
Starting Wednesday, October 9 through Sunday, October 13, the speed limits will be reduced in the zone and violation fines will increase. According to the department, there will be a large police presence from multiple agencies to assist the Ocean City Police Department.
Police urge people to keep sidewalks clear for pedestrians and should not encourage motorist to do "burn-outs." The act of encouragement will result in a fine .
