HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — The Harford County Sheriff's Office are looking for a missing 11-year-old boy.
Salih Offer was last seen in Bel Air on February 14, 2020.
Police say he was last seen wearing a gray short sleeve T-shirt, jeans and green Under Armour shoes.
He is 5'2", weighs 99 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
