An adult and a child have been hit by a vehicle in Edgewood, authorities said.
The crash happened on the 600 block of Edgewood Road Wednesday afternoon. Both patients were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Fallston Road is currently shutdown between Cloverdale and Oakmont Road.
