ABINGDON, Md. — Almost two weeks after 7-year-old Tripp Johnson was killed in a 12-car crash in Bel Air, funeral services have been announced by the family.

The Johnson family says there will be a viewing on Monday, March 25, at St. Francis de Sales Church in Abingdon from 3 -5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the church on Tuesday, March 26 at 11a.m.

Tripp's mother, Megan, remains at Shock Trauma in fair condition, but will be able to attend services.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to William Paca/Old Post Elementary School, 2706 Philadelphia Road, Abingdon, MD 21009. His family says Tripp loved spending time at the school's library, so donations will buy books in his honor.
