ABERDEEN, Md. (WMAR) — Aberdeen Middle School was forced to briefly evacuate after the smell of gas was reported inside the building Tuesday morning.
Fire crews determined the odor was coming from work being done by BGE.
The school was later deemed safe for students to return.
Classes resumed as regularly scheduled, according to the school.
Parents were notified with an automated phone call from school principal, DeAnn Webb.
