Saturday afternoon deputies were assessing John Kobler Burkley health, and decided to take him to a hospital.
When Burkley got to the hospital, his condition worsened, and he died around 5:30 p.m. after having a heart attack.

Burkley was booked in the detention center on August 15 for a violation of probation. He was originally charged with a D.U.I.
