Harford County Public Schools and Offices will be opening two hours late tomorrow, Wednesday December 11.
There will be no morning Pre-K.
First-shift custodians are to report on time. Staff will re-evaluate in the morning.
Cecil County Public Schools will be opening two hours late on Wednesday as well.
