HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — There's heavy police activity in the area of Marshall Drive in Harford County.
Harford County officials say the Route 1 Bypass has been reopened, but Marshall Drive is closed between Bynum Ridge Rd and Persimmon Place.
The public is asked to avoid the area.
Marshall Drive incident update: suicidal suspect has been taken into custody without incident. We thank you for your patience. Deputies will remain on scene for a short while.
