JOPPA, Md. — The Harford County Sheriff's Office and American Red Cross held a blood drive on Monday in honor of two Harford County Fallen Heroes; Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey and Deputy First Class Mark Logsdon.
Both were killed in the line of duty four years ago.
The Blood Drive was held at Joppa Magnolia Fire Company where Dailey was a volunteer.
