HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. — The city of Havre de Grace canceled its New Year’s Eve Fireworks show due to the threat of rain, the city announced on Facebook.
The Duck Drop will go on as scheduled at midnight in Concord Point Park, the city said.
The munitions set to be used to ring in the new year will instead become part of the city’s John O’Neill Day celebration on May 5, 2019.
