HARFORD COUNTY, Md. — A Silver Alert has been issued for an 83-year-old Harford County man.
Douglas Hamilton Smith was last seen Tuesday at his home on Silver Spruce Lane in Bel Air around 9:30 a.m.
Deputies say he believed to be driving a forest green 2005 Ford F-150.
