Two-year-old Brighley Watson almost drown in a pool three weeks ago. She is alive today thanks to her grandfather, a neighbor and the 911 dispatcher that took the call.
They all got the chance to met Harford County dispatcher Brian Reid on Wednesday. It was about three weeks ago when Reid got the call from Brighley's grandfather, Charli Barr.

Brighley was found unresponsive in the backyard pool. Reid quickly instructed Barr how to perform CPR. At the same time, the family's neighbor Paul DiGiacinto rushed over to help.
Both men performed CPR on Brighley for about six minutes, saving her life before the ambulance arrived.
"When things like this happen, it's all of us. It's the dispatchers in here, it's the folks on the road, it's the people we're giving instructions to at the house and I'm just grateful to be a part of the team that saved her life," said Reid.
Reid added that it was great to meet Brighley and know that she is happy and healthy.
