Multiple crews were on the scene of a tractor-trailer crash on Monday after hazardous materials were leaking on I-95.
The crash happened on I-95 near the Aberdeen exit around 1:30 p.m.
Harford County Hazmat was requested to respond to the scene due to ruptured saddle tanks.
